Our Story

In the early days of the Internet, support teams often had to guide customers through complex setup steps using only verbal descriptions. CHASMS emerged to solve that problem—offering visual, step-by-step emulations of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, email clients, browsers, and more, so technicians and users could follow the same screen together.

In January 2022, CHASMS came under new ownership, bringing renewed energy and a modern vision—while preserving the same passion, reliability, and commitment to clarity that have defined the site since the beginning. With this transition, we’ve set out to take CHASMS to whole new levels, expanding our library, updating legacy content, and building innovative tools for the next generation of support teams.
